1. Eligibility:
Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who enter via the designated online page or post instructions and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Holokai Catamaran (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (or those living in the same household) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstake.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on or about April 25, 2025, and ending May 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM HST. All online entries must be received by May 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM HST.

4. How to Enter:
To enter, you must follow @sailholokai, @outriggerreef, @monkeypodkitchen, and @cirquedusoleil.auana on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and tag two mothers in the comments. The entry must fulfill all requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple accounts or fraudulent methods to enter will result in disqualification.

5. Prize:
One winner will receive:
– A two-night stay at OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort
– A dining experience for two at Monkeypod Kitchen
– Two tickets to the Cirque du Soleil show ‘Auana’
– Two tickets for a Holokai Catamaran sail experience

Approximate retail value: $2,000.
No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Odds:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:
One winner will be selected in a random drawing under Sponsor’s supervision. Winner will be notified via direct message from @sailholokai on Instagram within one (1) day after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, or fails to timely return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes due to unforeseen events, including technical failures or unauthorized human intervention. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these rules or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

11. Disputes:
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any legal disputes will be resolved individually, exclusively in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
