Check-in is located at The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, 2169 Kalia Rd, Honolulu, HI 96815. Please head into the resort toward the Front Desk and into the Retail Spaces.

What time is check-in for Holokai Catamaran?

Check-in is 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Guests will be escorted from the check-in location to the boat for boarding 15 minutes before departure. Please be punctual.

What should I bring on my Holokai Catamaran sail?

We recommend bringing sunglasses, a camera, a towel (for snorkel sails), a long-sleeve shirt (weather dependent), a hat, a valid ID if you are 21 or over, and easy-to-remove shoes for beach boarding.

Do you provide fins on the snorkel trip?

Yes! We provide snorkels, masks, fins, and snorkel vests on all snorkel sails.

Is there storage on the Holokai Catamaran?

Yes, we have dry cubbies behind the bench seats, large enough to store shoes, backpacks, and purses.

Can I sail on Holokai Catamaran if I am pregnant?

Yes, we regularly have expecting mothers aboard. However, we recommend checking with your doctor based on your individual situation.

Are Holokai Catamaran tours family friendly?

Yes, all tours are family friendly. Our Sunset Cruise is an all-inclusive, lively experience and we keep music and atmosphere PG. Please note that Friday Sunset Sails are reserved for guests ages 21 and over.

No, tip is not included in the ticket price. It is customary to tip your crew 15–20% if you had a great experience.

Do you ever see sharks when snorkeling with Holokai Catamaran?

Yes, but it is very rare. When sharks are spotted, they are typically small, friendly White Tip Reef Sharks that pose no threat to swimmers.
