FAQ

Q: Where is the check in location?

A: Arriving from Kalia Rd walk directly through the Outrigger Reef Resort to the beach. Upon reaching the sand take a right turn. Our check-in location is directly under the blue umbrellas.

Upon arrival for your sail, please go directly to our beach check-in location first. We strive to create a smooth, efficient and streamlined boarding process. Please assist us by checking in at our beach stand and NOT going to the boat until our beach staff escort you there. Mahalo!
