Check-in for all Holokai Catamaran sails is 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Guests are escorted from the check-in location to the boat 15 minutes prior to departure.

Holokai Catamaran check-in is located at The Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, 2169 Kalia Rd, Honolulu, HI 96815. We are inside the resort, just past the Front Desk in the retail area.

Where do I park for Holokai Catamaran?

Parking is available at Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk Valet. Holokai Catamaran provides parking validation for $15 for 4 hours. From Embassy Suites, head southwest on Beach Walk toward Kalia Rd to the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort.

Do I need to sign a waiver before boarding?

Yes. All guests must complete an online waiver form before check-in. Guests without a signed waiver will not be permitted to board. Guests 17 and younger must have a waiver completed by a parent or guardian over 18, and must be accompanied by that adult on all tours.

Where is the check-in location?

Check-in is located at the OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, 2169 Kalia Rd, Honolulu, 96815. We are past the check-in desk on the right-hand side of the hotel, close to the back across from Monkeypod Kitchen – Waikiki.

What time should I check in?

For all Holokai Catamaran sails, check-in is 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Guests are escorted to the boat 15 minutes prior to departure, so please be punctual! If you are later than that, you will likely miss check-in and be ineligible for a refund.

Where should I park if I am driving?

Holokai Catamaran offers paid valet parking at the Embassy Suites Hotel (201 Beach Walk) for $15.00 for 4 hours of parking. The location is down a one-way street off of Kalakaua, so we highly advise using Google or Apple Maps for directions. Please see map below for instructions on how to get to us from Embassy Suites.
